Staying in a Maiensäss
The timber darkened by the sun and mighty granite are harvested or quarried in the region and form a natural barrier against the elements. Nevertheless, everything remains permeable to nature. The woodwork creaks and you can hear the wind gusting over the roofs while the fire in the hearth flickers in brilliant red and yellow.
