The food is cooked over hay or buried in the embers, with everything eaten on the spot afterwards.

Every Saturday & Sunday, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., we serve the Max & Moritz Poulet, our entrecôte in a larch coat or the salmon trout cooked in one piece.
